Black Box EGM on June 19 to approve ₹2,500 Cr fundraise

Black Box Limited has announced an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) to be held on Friday, June 19, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. (IST) via Video Conferencing. The EGM's primary agenda is to seek shareholders' approval for a special resolution to raise funds up to ₹2,500 Crores. This fundraising will be conducted through the issuance of various securities, in accordance with applicable provisions of the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, FEMA, and other relevant laws, subject to necessary regulatory approvals. The notice for the EGM was circulated to members on May 28, 2026.
