BLT Logistics Ltd Reincorporates as BLT Renewable Energy Private Limited

BLT Logistics Ltd has announced its reincorporation as BLT Renewable Energy Private Limited, approved by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs on 23rd February, 2026. The new company will be involved in the business of renewable energy and allied activities. The company has subscribed to 1500 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each amounting to Rs. 15,000/-. The reincorporation is considered a related party transaction as the promoter/promoter group of the company have interest in the company.
