Blue Chip India Appoints New CFO, Additional Director, and MD Reappointment

Blue Chip India Ltd announced several key management changes following a Board Meeting held on August 14, 2026. Ms. Asha Pal has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) effective August 14, 2026. The board also approved the appointment of Ms. Iranee Tripathy as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Independent Director) for a term of 5 years, subject to member approval. Additionally, Mr. Arihant Jain's reappointment as Managing Director for a further term of 3 years, from December 11, 2026, to December 10, 2029, was approved, also pending member approval. The company also appointed Mr. Suprabhat Chakraborty as Secretarial Auditor and Mr. Nitin Oza as Internal Auditor. The 41st Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 28, 2026.
