Blue Dart Board Approves MD Appointment, Chairman Change

Blue Dart Express Ltd's Board of Directors met on September 23, 2026, approving several key management changes. Mr. R. S. Subramanian was approved for appointment as the new Managing Director via postal ballot. The board noted the completion of Ms. Kavita Nair's tenure as Independent Director and expressed appreciation for her contributions. Mr. Sebastian Paeßens was appointed Non-Executive Chairman effective September 26, 2026. Additionally, Mr. Charles Simon Dobbie resigned as Non-Executive Director, effective September 25, 2026.
