Blue Dart Express Board Approves MD Appointment, Director Changes

Blue Dart Express Ltd announced board approvals for the appointment of Mr. R. S. Subramanian as Managing Director via postal ballot. The board also noted the completion of Ms. Kavita Nair's tenure as Independent Director and approved the appointment of Mr. Sebastian Paeßens as Non-Executive Chairman, effective September 26, 2026. Concurrently, Mr. Charles Simon Dobbie resigned as Non-Executive Director. The board also reconstituted its committees due to these changes and the appointment of new Independent Directors, Mr. Rajat Kumar Jain and Mr. Avijit Mukerji.
