Blue Dart Express MD Balfour Manuel Resigns; R.S. Subramanian Appointed

Blue Dart Express Ltd announced significant management changes following board meetings on September 15, 2026. Managing Director Mr. Balfour Manuel has requested early superannuation effective November 29, 2026, citing personal commitments and to ensure a smooth succession. The Nomination & Remuneration Committee and the Board approved waiving his notice period, and he will serve as a Sr. Strategic Advisor to the MD until May 15, 2027. Concurrently, the Board approved the appointment of Mr. R.S. Subramanian as the new Managing Director, effective November 30, 2026, until May 25, 2030, subject to shareholder and statutory approvals. Mr. Subramanian brings over 30 years of experience, currently serving as SVP for South Asia and MD of DHL Express India.
