Bluechip Tex Appoints New Independent Director, Accepts Resignation

Bluechip Tex Industries Ltd announced changes in its management structure following a Board of Directors meeting on August 12, 2026. Mr. Saurabh S. Somani has been appointed as an Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive Independent Director for a term of five years, subject to member approval. Concurrently, the Board accepted the resignation of Mr. Rohit P Bajaj, Independent Director, effective August 12, 2026, due to his other commitments. The company expressed appreciation for Mr. Bajaj's contributions. The Board also reconstituted its committees to reflect these changes.
