BMW Ventures: Sabita Devi Kishorepuria Appointed Executive Director

BMW Ventures Ltd. announced the appointment of Mrs. Sabita Devi Kishorepuria (DIN: 00626490) as Executive Director for a five-year term effective May 27, 2026. The appointment, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee, is subject to member approval and she will not be liable to retire by rotation. Mrs. Kishorepuria is not debarred from holding the office of Director by any SEBI or other authority order. She has been with the company since 1994 and oversees CSR, women safety, and prevention of sexual harassment.
