SEBI Gives No-Objection to BN Agrochem's Scheme of Amalgamation with Al Agri Global, B.N. Agritech, and Salasar Balaji Overseas

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, BN Agrochem Ltd. has received a 'no objection' letter from the BSE Limited for its Scheme of Amalgamation with Al Agri Global Limited, B.N. Agritech Limited, and Salasar Balaji Overseas Private Limited. The scheme remains subject to various statutory and regulatory approvals, as well as approvals from the respective shareholders and creditors of the companies involved. SEBI has provided comments and guidelines for the draft scheme of Arrangement, which the company is advised to follow. The validity of this Observation Letter is six months from the date of the letter.
