BN Rathi Securities Ltd Closes Trading Window for Designated Persons

BN Rathi Securities Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the securities of the company. The closure is in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and will be effective from 01.01.2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ending 31.12.2025. The closure applies to all designated persons, their immediate relatives, and all connected persons covered under the Company’s Code of Conduct. The Board Meeting will be scheduled to consider and approve the unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ending December 31, 2025. An intimation regarding the notice of the Board Meeting will be sent separately to the Stock Exchanges.
