Bodhtree Consulting Ltd Closes Trading Window for FY 2025-2026

Bodhtree Consulting Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company. The closure is in accordance with the Bodhtree Consulting Limited - Code for Prohibition of Insider Trading and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will remain closed from April 01, 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026 for all the Directors, Promoters, Designated Employees/ Persons and Specified Connected Persons of the Company. The date of the Board Meeting for consideration and approval of the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026 is yet to be intimated.
