Bodhtree Consulting to Incorporate US Subsidiary 'Datakosa Inc.'

Bodhtree Consulting Ltd announced its Board of Directors has approved the incorporation of a majority-owned foreign subsidiary in the United States, named 'Datakosa Inc.' The company will hold a 95% stake, with an initial investment of up to USD 10,000. This move aims to expand the company's existing IT and IT-enabled services business operations into the US market. The subsidiary will be considered a related party, with the transaction conducted at arm's length. The incorporation is subject to approvals from US regulatory authorities and compliance with Indian foreign exchange regulations.
