The new entity, registered on August 25, 2026, will facilitate Animation, Post-Production, and Marketing & Communications business in the UAE. DNEG S.a.r.l subscribed to 50 shares of AED 1.00 each, totaling AED 50, for the incorporation. This move is aimed at expanding the company's operational footprint in the Middle East region.
