Bombay Super Hybrid Seeds Limited announced the re-appointment of Mrs. Richa Kaushal Mashru as an Independent Director for a second term of 5 years, effective October 01, 2026, until September 30, 2031. The approval was granted by the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) held today, based on the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Board. Mrs. Mashru brings diverse skills, leadership traits, financial and investment management expertise, and extensive business experience to the role. She is not related to any existing directors and is not debarred from holding a directorship by any SEBI order or other authority.
