Bondada Board Amends Whistle Blower Policy, Reconstitutes Committee

Bondada Engineering Ltd's Board of Directors met on September 22, 2026, and approved key corporate governance changes. The Board amended its Whistle Blower Policy and appointed an Ombudsman. Additionally, the Stakeholders Relationship Committee was reconstituted to comply with corporate governance requirements for companies listed on the Main Board, as Bondada Engineering is in the process of migrating from the BSE SME Platform to the Main Board of BSE and NSE.
