Bondada Subsidiary Acquires 75% Stake in KCS Engineering Solutions

Bondada Dynamics Private Limited, a subsidiary of Bondada Engineering Limited, has executed a Business Acquisition Agreement to acquire a 75% partnership/ownership interest in KCS Engineering Solutions. KCS Engineering Solutions is a defence and aerospace technology-focused firm engaged in research, design, development, manufacturing, testing, and integration of electronic and electro-mechanical solutions. This acquisition is a strategic move for Bondada Group to expand into the Defence, Aerospace, and Advanced Technology sectors, leveraging KCS Engineering Solutions' expertise, intellectual properties, and established relationships with organizations like DRDO, ISRO, and various defence forces. The acquired business is intended to be converted into a private limited company, BKCS Technologies Private Limited, operating as a subsidiary of BDPL and part of the Bondada Group.
