Cosmic CRF Ltd declared Successful Resolution Applicant for Amzen Transportation

Cosmic CRF Ltd has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) dated July 30, 2026, from the Resolution Professional (RP) of M/s Amzen Transportation Industries Private Limited. This follows the approval of Cosmic CRF's resolution plan by the Committee of Creditors (CoC) in the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) of Amzen Transportation. The acquisition is subject to the approval of the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT). Amzen Transportation is engaged in manufacturing complete railway wagons and has a manufacturing facility in Punjab. This acquisition is strategically significant for Cosmic CRF, aiming to establish a manufacturing base in Northern India and strengthen its pan-India footprint in railway wagon manufacturing.
