Borosil Ltd Appoints New Company Secretary and Senior Management

Borosil Ltd announced significant management changes following its Board of Directors meeting on August 14, 2026. Mr. Bhaunik Shah resigned as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer due to internal role re-alignment, effective August 14, 2026, but will remain employed by the company. Mr. Pradeep Joshi has been appointed as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective August 15, 2026. He was previously appointed as Senior Management Personnel on July 13, 2026. Additionally, Mr. Parag Parekh, Vice President — Internal Audit, was appointed as Senior Management Personnel effective August 14, 2026. The board also approved unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
