Borosil Renewables Receives Show Cause Notice for ₹13.3 Cr

Borosil Renewables Ltd has received a Show Cause Notice dated May 15, 2026, under the Customs Act, 1962, from the Office of Commissioner of Customs (NS-V), Jawaharlal Nehru Customs House, Nhava Sheva, Raigad, Maharashtra. The notice alleges short payment of custom duties amounting to ₹13.30 crores related to tariff classification of import of two capital goods items.
