BPL Board approves FY26 results, re-appoints Independent Director

BPL Limited's Board of Directors, at its meeting on May 28, 2026, approved the audited Standalone and Consolidated Statement of Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet for the year ended March 31, 2026. The Board also considered the publication of these audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. Additionally, subject to shareholder approval, Mr. C K Sabareeshan (DIN: 00013462) was approved for re-appointment as an Independent Director for a further term of five consecutive years, commencing from FY 2026-2027 to FY 2030-2031.
