Nouveau Global Ventures: Krishan Khadaria Re-appointed MD

Nouveau Global Ventures Ltd announced the outcome of its Board Meeting held on August 26, 2026. The Board approved the re-appointment of Mr. Krishan Khadaria as Managing Director for a further term of five years, effective March 1, 2027, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 38th Annual General Meeting. The meeting also saw the adoption of the Secretarial Audit Report for FY2025-26 and approval of the Directors' Report and Annual Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. Additionally, the Board approved the notice for the 38th AGM, scheduled for September 29, 2026, to be held via Video Conferencing. Mr. Arvind Dhanraj Baid was appointed as Scrutinizer for the e-voting process at the AGM.
