BPL Ltd Closes Trading Window for Quarter Ending 31st Dec, 2025

BPL Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for the quarter ending 31st Dec, 2025. The closure is in accordance with the Company's Internal Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons. The trading window will be closed for Designated Persons from Thursday, 1st Jan 2026, and will end 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended Dec 31, 2025. All Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to enter into any transaction involving dealing/trading in shares of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
