Brand Concepts: Promoter to Transfer 13.01% Stake to Group Member

Brand Concepts Ltd has received disclosure regarding the proposed acquisition of 1,624,220 equity shares, constituting 13.01% of the company's total shareholding capital, through an off-market inter se transfer. Mr. Pradeep Maheshwari, a promoter of Brand Concepts Limited, will transfer the shares to Mr. Prateek Maheshwari, a member of the Promoter Group. The transaction, expected on or before May 8, 2026, is an inter-se transfer by way of gift and is exempt under Regulation 10(1)(a)(i) of the SEBI SAST Regulations.
