Brawn Biotech Ltd has appointed Ms. Rati Garg as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel. The appointment is in accordance with Regulations 30 of the Listing Regulations and the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July 2023. Ms. Garg, a qualified Cost Accountant, brings over 15 years of experience in financial management, cost control, budgeting, and regulatory compliance. She excels in financial planning & analysis, cost optimization, internal controls, statutory and cost audits, taxation, and corporate finance.
