Bridge Securities to change name to Weorg Enterprises

Bridge Securities Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 27, 2026, approved a change in the company's name to "Weorg Enterprises Limited" or another available name approved by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. The board also approved the alteration of the Memorandum of Association to rationalize business objects and re-numbered clauses. Additionally, the resignation of Mr. Manish Shrichand Bachani as Non-executive and Independent Director was accepted, and Mr. Sanketkumar Dave was appointed as an Additional Non-Executive and Independent Director. The company also reconstituted its Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholder Relationship Committee. The 31st Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 21, 2026.
