Springform Technology to rebrand as Inertia Alu Tech Limited

Springform Technology Ltd announced that its Board of Directors has approved a change in the company's name to "Inertia Alu Tech Limited", subject to regulatory approvals. The board also approved material related party transactions with its wholly-owned subsidiary, Inertia Aluminium Private Limited, and authorized granting/availing of loans and financial assistance with "Inertia". Additionally, the company will convene its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 18, 2026, to seek shareholder approval for these changes and other matters. A cut-off date of September 11, 2026, has been set for remote e-voting eligibility.
