Brigade Enterprises Acquires 100% Stake in Celebrations Pvt Ltd

Brigade Enterprises Ltd has acquired a 100% stake in its step-down subsidiary, M/s. Celebrations Private Limited. Previously, Brigade Hospitality Services Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary, held the entire equity in Celebrations Private Limited. This acquisition, effective August 19, 2026, makes Celebrations Private Limited a wholly-owned subsidiary of Brigade Enterprises. The company aims to undertake real estate development projects through this acquisition. The cost of acquisition was ₹30,00,000, with shares acquired at a face value of ₹10 per equity share. Celebrations Private Limited, incorporated in November 2021, has an authorized and paid-up share capital of ₹30,00,000 and reported NIL turnover for the last three financial years, as it is in the process of becoming operational.
