Brigade Enterprises Q1 FY27 PBT Up 47% to ₹285 Cr on ₹1,179 Cr Revenue

Brigade Enterprises reported a strong Q1 FY27 performance with Profit Before Tax (PBT) surging by 47% to ₹285 Crores, compared to the same period last year. Revenue stood at ₹1,179 Crores, while EBITDA reached ₹425 Crores. Real estate sales contributed ₹1,061 Crores, with average realization increasing by 21% to ₹14,256/sft. The real estate segment revenue was ₹707 Crores, with EBITDA at ₹150 Crores. The leasing segment saw a 9% YoY revenue growth to ₹328 Crores, and the hospitality segment reported revenue of ₹144 Crores. The company also highlighted plans for launching approximately 4 million sq ft of commercial projects and a strategic partnership with Bain Capital.
