Brigade Enterprises is celebrating its 40th anniversary and has announced an ambitious growth strategy for the next three years, involving an investment of approximately ₹40,000 Crores. This investment will fuel a development pipeline of 40 million sq. ft. across residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, and emerging businesses like warehousing. The company plans to expand its World Trade Centre (WTC) platform with three new centers and extend its Orion brand to Chennai and Hyderabad. Funding will come from internal accruals, project financing, and strategic partnerships. Brigade is also focusing on technology adoption and sustainability, aiming for Net Zero emissions by 2045. The planned developments are expected to create around 23,000 direct and indirect employment opportunities.
