Akshat Jain & Others Acquire Shares in Brilliant Portfolios Ltd. Under Takeovers Regulations

According to a disclosure made under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, Akshat Jain, Avni Jain, and others (hereinafter referred to as 'Acquirers') have acquired equity shares of Brilliant Portfolios Limited. The Acquirers, along with Persons Acting in Concert (PACs), have increased their holding from 0% to 4.74% through off-market acquisitions. The total equity shares of Brilliant Portfolios Limited are 31,01,800, and the total diluted share/voting capital of the company after the acquisition stands at 51.97%.
