Britannia Industries Appoints Siddharth Parakh as Head - Strategy & Business Development

Britannia Industries Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Siddharth Parakh as the Head - Strategy & Business Development, effective August 3, 2026. This appointment was approved by the Board of Directors via circular resolution on August 2, 2026, following a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Parakh brings over 13 years of experience in corporate strategy, M&A, and investments, having previously worked at Tata Sons and Edelweiss. He is a Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, and holds a PGDM from SPJIMR, with further studies at Cornell University. He was also recognized as an Economic Times Young Leader.
