Britannia Industries: CIO Retires, New CDIO Appointed

Britannia Industries Ltd announced a change in its senior management. Mr. Susheel Navanale, the Chief Information Officer, will retire effective September 30, 2026. Following this, the Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Mr. Rejin Surendran as the Chief Digital and Information Officer (Designate) starting September 1, 2026, and he will assume the full role from October 1, 2026. Mr. Surendran brings over 24 years of experience in digital and technology transformations, having previously held senior roles at Wipro Enterprises, Coca-Cola's Bottling Investments Group, and Unilever.
