Britannia Industries Elevates Two Senior Management Personnel

Britannia Industries Ltd announced significant changes in its senior management following a Board of Directors meeting held on August 6, 2026. Based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Mr. Piyush Bhandari has been elevated from General Manager - Commercial Business & Sales to Vice President - Commercial. Concurrently, Mr. Abhishek Gaurav has been promoted from General Manager - Replenishment to Vice President - Replenishment. Both elevations are effective from August 1, 2026, and represent a move to strengthen the company's leadership in key operational areas. Mr. Bhandari brings over 20 years of experience in commercial finance, while Mr. Gaurav has over 18 years in supply chain management, with both having joined Britannia as Management Trainees.
