Broach Lifecare Appoints Secretarial Auditor for 5 Years

Broach Lifecare Hospital Ltd announced the appointment of M/s Rahul S. Mithaiwala & Co. as its Secretarial Auditor for a term of five years, subject to member approval. This decision was made during the Board meeting held on September 5, 2026. The company also approved the Directors' Report for FY 2025-26, fixed the AGM date for September 30, 2026, and appointed NSDL for e-voting services. M/s Rahul S. Mithaiwala & Co. will also serve as the scrutinizer for the e-voting process.
