Brookfield India REIT acquires units for ₹75.2 Cr, increasing Delphi ownership to 86%

Brookfield India Real Estate Trust REIT, through its entity Kairos, has signed an Agreement for Sale to acquire units 501-503 and 601-604 on the 5th and 6th floors of the Delphi building (Wing C) in Powai, Mumbai. The acquisition, valued at a total cash consideration of ₹752 million, was approved by the Board of Directors of Kairos and Brookprop Management Services Private Limited. This transaction will increase Kairos's ownership in the Delphi building (Wing A, B, and C) from 80% to 86% on a gross leased area basis. The acquisition is expected to be completed within Q3 FY2027.
