These individuals and entities will now be moved from the 'Promoter/Promoter Group' category to the 'Public Category' as per Regulation 31A of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The approval follows an application made by the company on August 5, 2026, with the NSE issuing its no-objection letter on September 15, 2026. This move signifies a change in the shareholding structure and regulatory classification of these entities.
