Burnpur Cement Ltd has received a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the National Stock Exchange (NSE) for the reclassification of two promoters, Rakhi Parikh and Shehul Sandip Parikh, from the 'Promoter' category to the 'Public Category'. This reclassification is in accordance with Regulation 31A of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The company had applied for this reclassification on January 24, 2026, and the NSE granted its approval on September 15, 2026. Burnpur Cement is required to ensure compliance with all subsequent disclosure requirements related to this change.
