C & C Constructions Appoints Sunil Kumar as Company Secretary

C & C Constructions Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Sunil Kumar as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, effective June 05, 2026. This appointment was approved by the Board of Directors based on the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee. Mr. Kumar, a law and commerce graduate with 11 years of experience in corporate secretarial affairs and statutory compliances, will also serve as Key Managerial Personnel. The company also disclosed the KMP authorized for materiality determinations and disclosures.
