C&C Constructions: Trading Window Closed & PAN Freeze for Insiders

C & C Constructions Ltd announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in company shares, effective October 1, 2026. The window will remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results for the second quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026. This closure is mandated under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. Additionally, the PANs of Directors, Promoters, Designated Persons, and their immediate relatives will be frozen by Central Depository Services (India) Limited for trading in the company's equity shares during this period, as per SEBI circulars. It is also noted that trading in the company's shares is already suspended by both stock exchanges due to the company's liquidation.
