C & C Constructions Board to meet on Aug 7 for Q1 FY27 results

C & C Constructions Ltd has informed BSE that its Board of Directors will convene a meeting on August 7, 2026. The main purpose of this meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited financial results, both standalone and consolidated, for the quarter that ended on June 30, 2026. The company highlighted that trading in its shares remains suspended on both stock exchanges due to its ongoing liquidation. In accordance with SEBI regulations, the trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives has been closed since July 1, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the financial results are declared.
