Campus Activewear Appoints Rakesh Thakur as New CFO

Campus Activewear Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Rakesh Thakur as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) with immediate effect, effective August 17, 2026. The decision was approved by the Board of Directors based on recommendations from the Nomination & Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee. Mr. Thakur brings over 22 years of experience, having previously served as Group CFO at Imagine Marketing Limited (boAt) and held senior finance roles at Hindustan Unilever, GlaxoSmithKline, Samsung India, and PepsiCo. The company also updated its list of authorized KMPs for determining the materiality of events for stock exchange disclosures.
