Candour Techtex signs MOU for defence fabric coating

Candour Techtex Limited (CTL) has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Ratanmoti Texfab (India) Pvt. Ltd. (RMTF) for a long-term arrangement. This collaboration focuses on the coating and lamination of fabrics specifically for applications within the Indian Defence Industry. Under the agreement, RMTF will supply fabrics to CTL for processing at CTL's manufacturing facilities. The processed fabrics will then be supplied by RMTF to the Aerial Delivery Research and Development Establishment (ADRDE) under the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO). This MOU signifies an important step for CTL, integrating its coating and lamination capabilities into the supply chain for defence-related textile materials, aligning with the company's strategy to expand into technical textiles and defence applications.
