Spice Lounge Food Works Signs MoU for ₹500 Cr Emulsifier Deal

Spice Lounge Food Works Limited has signed a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Indian Emulsifiers Ltd (IEML) for the exclusive offtake, branding, and distribution of IEML's food-grade emulsifiers in India. The agreement, potentially spanning five years from production line commissioning, aims to give Spice Lounge access to IEML's monthly output of approximately 200 MT. The company estimates a cumulative revenue potential of ₹500 crore over the first three years, subject to definitive agreements and market conditions. This strategic move expands Spice Lounge's food solutions portfolio.
