Capacit'e Infraprojects Secures ₹741 Cr LOI from Mahindra Lifespace

Capacit'e Infraprojects Limited has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) valued at approximately ₹741 Crore (excluding GST) from Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited. The LOI is for the construction of Core and Shell work for two projects: Mahindra Rainforest at Kanjurmarg and Mahindra Beacon Hill at Mahalaxmi. The company confirmed that the contract is not a related party transaction. This significant order is expected to reinforce Capacit'e's position as a preferred execution partner for top-tier developers and contribute to long-term shareholder value.
