Capacit'e Infraprojects Limited has announced securing a significant work order valued at approximately ₹482 Crore (excluding taxes) from Twenty-Five Downtown Realty Limited. The contract is for the construction of Civil Works and Civil Finishes for Tower T5, including basements, podiums, clubhouse, service floors, upper floors, penthouses, and terrace level at Mahalaxmi, Mumbai. This order is a repeat business from the client and falls within the company's ordinary civil contracting operations. The company confirmed that the contract is not a related party transaction. The trading window for the company's securities will remain closed until 48 hours after the disclosure.
