The allotment was approved via circular resolution by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee on November 4, 2026. The exercise price per share was ₹2, with no premium. Following this allotment, the company's total issued shares stand at 79,683,284, and the total issued share capital is ₹15,93,66,568/-. The new shares rank pari passu with existing equity shares.
