Capital India Finance Board Meeting on Nov 6, 2026 for Unaudited Results

Capital India Finance Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on November 6, 2026. The primary agenda item is to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results, both standalone and consolidated, for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. In line with SEBI regulations, the trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives has been closed since October 1, 2026, and will remain shut for 48 hours post the declaration of these financial results. This announcement is also being submitted in XBRL format.
