Capital India Finance Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Surender Rana as Whole-time Director and Executive Vice Chairman for a term of 3 consecutive years commencing from November 18, 2025. Mr. Rana is a seasoned banking professional with over 34 years of experience at the State Bank of India, where he served as Deputy Managing Director — SME & Agri Business. He brings extensive expertise in MSME and Agri financing, credit and risk management, policy formulation, and regulatory engagement. Mr. Rana is not related to any other director of the Company.
