Capitalnumbers Infotech Pays USD 2.45M for Epitome Cloud Inc. Stake

Capitalnumbers Infotech Limited has made a payment of USD 24,51,288.49 (approximately INR 23.40 crore) towards the acquisition of 100% ownership in Epitome Cloud Inc. This is a continuation of their earlier intimation dated July 3, 2026, where the company announced a Stock Purchase Agreement for the acquisition of Epitome Cloud Inc. and its Indian subsidiary, Epitomecloud Technology Private Limited, for a total consideration of approximately INR 40 crore. The remaining purchase consideration will be paid as per the SPA terms. Further details were previously submitted to the stock exchange.
