CapitalNumbers Infotech Acquires 100% of Epitome Cloud Inc. for ₹40 Cr

CapitalNumbers Infotech Limited has entered into a Stock Purchase Agreement to acquire 100% ownership of Epitome Cloud Inc. for approximately INR 40 crore. This acquisition includes the indirect acquisition of Epitome Cloud's Indian subsidiary, Epitomecloud Technology Private Limited. Epitome Cloud Inc. is a US-based technology services company specializing in digital transformation, Salesforce consulting, and revenue lifecycle management. The acquisition is expected to strengthen Capital Numbers' capabilities, expand its US market presence, and enhance its international growth platform. The deal is anticipated to close within 8 to 12 weeks, subject to customary conditions.
